Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Application Support Analyst to join our IT team. This role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintaining critical business applications to ensure optimal functionality and minimal downtime for users.

- Provide first- and second-line application support for internal and external users
- Investigate and resolve application issues, bugs, and system errors
- Liaise with development teams to escalate and resolve complex problems
- Monitor application performance and proactively address potential issues
- Manage user access, configuration, and software updates
- Create and maintain documentation including SOPs, user manuals, and knowledge base articles
- Support system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and performance
- Provide on-call support during critical incidents or deployments (as needed)
