Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across departments. The ideal candidate will assist in tracking progress, coordinating meetings, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Organize and facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
- Track deliverables using appropriate tools and report on KPIs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, MS Project)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
- Project Management certification (CAPM, PMP) is a plus
