Description

To collect new DG population from the sales team.

To access customer phone calls for complaints and over the complaint data to service technicians.

To collect the spare parts list and inform the purchaser of the parts list for a parts order.

To register the service registry.

To collect and register the PDI checklist and commissioning checklist and report to India.

To collect and fill the PM service record in an excel sheet.

To check the service tool lists with senior service engineers monthly.

Specification

AGTI, BE (EP,MP)

Must have a good relationship & good positive attitude.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.

Able to work under pressure.

Good Computer Skills (Excel, Word, internet E Mail)

Excellent Communication skills & Customer Service skills.

Must be able to speak English
