Job Description
- Manage all accounting operations including A/R, A/P, GL , journal and Cost Accounting
- Preparation of budget forecasts for monthly, quarterly and annual closing time.
- Calculate the variance between budget and actual.
- Prepare monthly and yearly reports such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements
- Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly internal report
- Consult with a client for finance module.
- Prepare the necessary reports and information for the Management team and BODs.
- Maintaining accurate financial records and resolving discrepancies
- Lead and perform with financial policies and regulations
- Mentor juniors, providing guidance and fostering skill development within the team.
- Any graduate and related Diploma in Accounting and Finance.
- At least 5 years' experience in a related field
- Good understanding of financial and accounting reporting principles
- Strong attention to detail and familiarity with relevant computer software
- Good at organizational, time-management, teamwork, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Good English skills in both written and verbal
- Must have a positive attitude with good manners and professional mindset with a strong sense of commitment and responsibility
