- Identify and prospect new clients through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to client inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients to drive repeat business and referrals
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the value of our services to key clients
- Coordinate the setup, scheduling, and deployment of DOOH advertising ads.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery and execution of campaigns or ads.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients or partners
- Prepare reports and presentations to update senior management on the status of key client relationships and sales activities
- Identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Develop sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets
- Conduct market research, analyze trends, and gather data to identify potential opportunities
- Negotiate new or old contracts, pricing,and service agreements with vendors to ensure cost-effective and reliable deployment solutions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to facilitate smooth collaboration and execution
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and deployment progress to senior management.
- Master's or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 6-7 years of experience related to a service industry
- Proven experience in managing key client relationships, business development, and sales or marketing with a track record of achieving targets
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of the service industry and understanding of market trends and competition.
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in sales management software, CRM, and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to travel
