Job Description

Deliver food orders to customers in a timely manner using a bike, or motorcycle.

Collect cash and e-payment from customers

Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and ensure customer satisfaction.

Handle payments through the app or in person, if necessary.

Follow safety guidelines for handling and transporting food.

Maintain cleanliness of delivery vehicle and packaging to ensure food safety.

Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a friendly and professional attitude.

Track and report issues to restaurant

Job Specification

Valid driver’s license (car, motorcycle, or bicycle depending on mode of delivery).

Familiarity with local roads and neighborhoods.

Physical stamina to transport food items over varying distances.

Strong customer service skills.

Ability to manage time efficiently.

Basic communication skills, both written and verbal.
