You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end web applications and digital solutions that serve both internal users and external customers. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using modern web technologies.
• Lead the development lifecycle from architecture and design through implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality user experiences.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure robust security practices.
• Contribute to strategic decisions on architecture, tooling, and development practices.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 6+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Proficient in both frontend and backend technologies such as:
• Frontend: React, Angular, or Vue.js; HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript
• Backend: Node.js, Python, .NET Core, or Java; RESTful APIs, GraphQL
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and containerization.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, architecture, and testing frameworks.
