• Drive and maximize store sales performance by developing strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Implement marketing and promotional initiatives to boost sales
• Ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service by the sales team.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the customer shopping experience.

• Lead daily sales meetings, set goals, and monitor team performance.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience with sales targets, customer service, and team management
