• Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to target different markets 
• Identify potential business opportunities by researching competitors, market trends, and customer needs.
• Prepare sales proposals, and contracts, and negotiate with clients
• Establish relationships with key clients, including corporate clients, travel agents, event organizers, and tour operators.
• Conduct sales visits, presentations, and hotel site inspections.
• Respond to client inquiries and handle bookings and reservations efficiently.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials
• Participate in developing marketing campaigns to promote seasonal offers, special events, and hotel packages.
• Coordinate and promote hotel-hosted events, conferences, and meetings.
• Work closely with event organizers to manage logistics, set-up, and post-event evaluations.
• Track and analyze sales performance through regular reports, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
• Provide feedback and insights on customer preferences and market trends to the management.
• Work closely with the front desk, reservations, food & beverage, and housekeeping departments to ensure smooth operations and meet guest expectations.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or hospitality (1-3 years preferred).
• Knowledge of hotel booking systems, CRM software, and digital marketing tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with online marketing platforms.
