Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and personable individuals to join our team as Sales Associates in our cosmetic shop. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty products and skincare, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create an engaging shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:

• Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable cosmetic products.
• Answer inquiries about product features, prices, and availability.

1. Product Knowledge:

• Stay updated on the latest cosmetic products and trends.
• Demonstrate the proper use of products and offer tips for application.
• Share detailed information about product ingredients and benefits.

1. Sales and Upselling:

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to store revenue.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize purchases.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the checkout counter.

1. Inventory and Stock Management:

• Monitor and replenish stock on shelves.
• Assist in unpacking and organizing new product shipments.
• Report low inventory levels or product issues to the manager.

1. Store Maintenance:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop.
• Ensure displays and shelves are visually appealing and well-stocked.
• Follow safety and hygiene standards.

1. Customer Retention:

• Build and maintain relationships with regular customers.
• Promote loyalty programs, discounts, and special offers.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate as necessary.

 Educational Qualifications:

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Additional certification or training in beauty, makeup, or skincare is a plus.

Experience:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in cosmetics, beauty, or skincare.
• Experience with customer service and handling cash registers is preferred
